All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. ESP reserves the right to change prices at any time. All sales are final.

Cancellation

Any member can cancel their account at any time by contacting ESP admin. Any credits, commissions, live sites and live ads attached to an account at cancellation will be lost. As all sales through ESP are pre-paid all sales are final. No refunds will be given to any member for any reason in the event of an account cancellation.

Lawful Purpose

Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account immediately cancelled without notice orrefund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ESP for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

Password Protection

Members are responsible for all use of their account and confidentially of their password. ESP will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer

ESP cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. ESP reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Members understands that ESP services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. ESP shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

Site Email Messages

All members automatically agree to receive emails from site admin regarding their membership. They also agree to receive emails from admin that may contain advertising information from other members. This advertising has a promotions benefit and will allow the member to gain cash or credits. The member agrees that this is part of the site operation and is not spam. As receiving emails is part of an ESP membership, if at any time we receive bounce notifications for emails sent - meaning they have not been delivered , we then have the right to and will suspend the account in question along with all sites and ads and commissions until a valid email address is provided for that account.

Earning Cash and Commissions

All members free or paid can earn credits for their account over ten levels of referred sales team, however paid members receive a higher rate than free members.

All members free and paid can earn cash by clicking the links in special emails or solo ads they mat receive from admin and PTC clicks in their member's area. The amount earned will vary from 2c to 5c depending on the ad.

Only paid members can earn cash sales commissions. The commissions rate is 50% and is paid on one level only. (Direct referrals). Paid members receive this commission when someone they have referred to the site upgrades or purchases advertising. Admin reserves the right to change the amounts of commissions earned for any ad or referral at any time.

Withdrawing Funds

Once a member has earned the $25 minimum they may withdraw funds, and not before. Admin reserves the right to withhold commissions a member may have earned if they feel the member has violated any terms of service.

Site Ads and URLs

All ads and URL's submitted by members for the purpose of marketing are reviewed by admin. Any ad or site deemed inappropriate for whatever reason will be deleted. Admin reserve the right to determine what they believe is appropriate and change that standing at any time as they see fit. Any member that disagrees with an admin decision to cancel an ad or remove a site must do so in writing and a decision will be made. In all cases admin decision is final.

 Members must also understand that the world is diverse and must respect other people's cultures and beliefs when viewing ads and sites. Admin will not tolerate any kind of 'exclusion' in relation to abuse reports.  All member's rights and beliefs will be taken into account at all times. Members will remember taste and morality issues differ from country to country.
