Is ESP Free To Join?
Yes it is completely free to join ESP and use its services. Upgrading and purchasing is totally optional. Click the register button and join free today!

I did not get my 500 credit bonus - why?
All members must surf 25 pages or more in one session to activate their credit bonus. Please login, start a manual surf session and surf at least 25 pages before closing the session.

I cannot login - why not?
There are usually 2 reasons for this. The first is because you have not validated your email yet. When you registered you were sent a link via email that needs to be clicked. If you did not receive this message contact admin using the CONTACT section and we will attend to it for you. The second reason is because you have entered the wrong login info. You use the full email address that you used to register with and the password you chose. Please DO NOT copy and paste this in as that action can place additional spaces that the system will count. If you are still having problems, please contact us.

How do I earn credits for my site?
Credit are earned in many ways. The first way is through the exchange. You view other people's web pages and they view yours. The more pages you surf the more credit you earn. You can also earn random surfing bonuses - watch for these while surfing the exchange. The second is by earning referral bonuses. Everytime you refer someone to ESP using your referral link you get bonuses - and you get them 10 LEVELS DEEP. You also earn credits when your downline surf. The next is by clicking bonus links in solo ads and admin messages we may send you. Last but not least you can earn bonus credits just by logging in to your account each day. We assign random bonuses the first time you login on a daily basis.

Can I earn cash at ESP?
Free members can earn cash at ESP by clicking the links in admin emails that contain a cash bonus or by reading PTC ads from their member's area. However Free members cannot earn cash referral commissions. Upgraded or Pro members earn 50% sales commissions everytime one their direct referrals purchases an ad or upgrades to Pro. Cash commissions are paid on one level only. All earned balances are shown in your member's area and you can withdraw then at anytime as long as you have earned the $25 minimum.

How do I upgrade at ESP?
Upgrading at ESP is easy to do and is pay as you go. All you do is login to your ESP account and make a fund deposit. Once this has been verified your use your fund to upgrade. Simple! What is Pay As You Go? Well the exclusive ESP system allows you to decide when and for how long you want to be upgraded without losing your account. Each upgrade lasts for 30 days. At the end of that time you can pay again to keep your Pro status or stay a free member for a while, you decide!

How do I purchase ads at ESP?
Again you need to deposit cash into your account. Once you have done this you can purchase any of the advertising we offer from your members area. You can also use credits earned to purchase advertising!

Can I transfer earned cash to my account balance?
YES! If you would like to use money you have earned to upgrade or purchase ads, just login and go to the transfer section. Transferring is instant.

How do I cancel my account?
If you no longer want to keep your account at ESP you need to tell us officially via email. Please note that by cancelling an account you lose all cash and credits stored in your account.

What about refunds?
Once a payment has been verified and added to a customer account it cannot be refunded. In addition once an ad placed has been activated it cannot be stopped. All sales are final.

How do I deposit cash into my account to purchase/upgrade?
Just login to your account and click the 'Account Cash Deposit' link. Once your deposit has been confirmed the funds will show in you cash account. You can fund your account using PayPal, AlertPay and all major credit cards.

What is the difference between Account Cash and Earned Cash?
Account cash is the amount you have deposited into your account to be used for upgrades and ad purchases. Earned cash is how much you earned from your referrals and clicking PTC's and solos. Earned cash can be transfered into account cash to be used to upgrade etc however nnly Earned cash can be withdrawn.

How do I withdraw my earnings?
You can withdraw your earnings at any time as long as you have earned over the minimum amount. Once you have earned over the minimum your cash withdraw section will be enabled. All withdrawal requests are paid with 72 hours.
